Joel Lwaga Joel Lwaga is a Tanzanian gospel singer, worship minister, and founder of Heaven Culture Entertainment (HCE). Born and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, he comes from a family of pastors and began singing in church during his youth. He pursued studies in Economics before fully dedicating himself to gospel music and preaching.
